How does Friday Collection work?
Each week we'll publish a menu with the breads, viennoiseries and pastries available for collection on Friday.
Choose what you'd like and send us your order.
How do I place an order?

We're keeping things simple while we prepare our online ordering system.
When do I need to order?
Orders close on Wednesday at 16:00.
This allows us to properly feed our levains and prepare everything fresh for Friday.
When can I collect my order?
On the Fridays we are NOT at the Strassen farmers' market, you can collect from the bakery between 07:30 and 18:00(ish).
On Fridays when we are at the Strassen farmers' market (every 2nd and 4th Friday), you can collect from the bakery between 07:30 and 14:00.
Where do I collect?
At the bakery, 74, avenue Gaston Diderich, L-1420 Belair.
What products are available?
You can find our menu here.
Our menu varies slightly week to week depending on what we're baking and what's in season. We will post the new menu each week on the website.
Can I buy without preordering?
We will often have extra items available, but we can't guarantee what will still be on the shelves.
Pre-ordering is the best way to make sure your favourites are waiting for you.
Why are we doing it this way?
Because good bread and viennoiseries takes time.
We're choosing to grow the bakery carefully so that when we open our doors fully, we can offer the quality and experience we believe in.
